At Saltair, we want you to love your self-care ritual; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
